The National Water Quality Awareness Coalition (NWQAC) is an Organization whose primary mission is to increase public awareness of municipal water quality and to inform and educate consumers on the potential health effects of the 90 contaminants which the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set legally enforceable standards for.

Our goal is to educate consumers about
Point-of-Use (P.O.U.) water quality issues and concerns through voluntary consumer surveys and FREE residential P.O.U. water tests conducted by Water Quality Specialists throughout the United States.

We hope you find our site to be a useful resource of information to further your understanding of municipal water supplies. Ultimately, it's
your responsibility to ensure the water you and your family drink and bathe in meets your own water quality standards.
